As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact in our community, we are connecting with you directly to share more about the steps we have taken to help keep our guests and staff safe and healthy, which has always been and will continue to be a top priority.
We are taking extra precautions and stepping up all of our cleaning efforts to sanitize or our restrooms, guest lounge and kids room during the hours we are open. We have increased the frequency of this daily cleaning and also enhanced nightly cleaning of our facilities, including sanitizing highly used areas. We have also ensured our team has the information they need to stay healthy and have mandated them to stay home if they are not feeling well.

These practices are informed by the guidance from the CDC and the San Diego County Department of Health. Based on the guidance we have received from these organizations, our own preparedness, and the current state of our operations, our Service Center and Sales operations currently remain open for business and our team stands ready to serve you.

Expect to see a few changes in the service drive. Guests are asked to remain in their vehicles for in-lane service by the service advisor. Seat and mat covers are used in every vehicle and all porters and technicians are wearing gloves for your protection. Shuttle service is still available, with limited number of guests able to ride at once. Hourly service to the Outlet Mall is still available at this time, please check modified mall hours.

Collision Center repairs are in full operation and we look to get your vehicle back to you as quickly as possible. Hours of operation for all departments remain the same at this time. Updates of any changes to our hours or services offered will be reported on our web site at ToyotaCarlsbad.com.
